Ivory Coast
The world's largest cocoa producer, Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) is a West African economic powerhouse on the Gulf of Guinea. The economic capital Abidjan is West Africa's most cosmopolitan city, while Yamoussoukro is the official capital, home to the world's largest church (Basilica of Our Lady of Peace). The country has rebounded strongly from a 2010-2011 civil crisis.
