Saint Lucia
A small volcanic island nation in the eastern Caribbean, Saint Lucia is known for the dramatic twin Pitons — two volcanic spires rising from the sea that are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The capital Castries sits in a sheltered harbor. Saint Lucia has produced two Nobel laureates (economists Arthur Lewis and poet Derek Walcott) — more per capita than any other nation.
